What Happens Next?

Arriving at Soulegria marks the beginning of an important journey. From the moment you arrive, our team is here to guide you with warmth, professionalism, and care.

Arrival

Upon your arrival, you'll be greeted by staff and gently introduced to your new environment. The orientation process is designed to help you acclimate gradually. You’ll meet your peers, explore the daily rhythm of the program, and begin settling into your living space.

First 72 Hours

During your first 72 hours, you’ll go through an intentional digital detox, giving your mind and body a break from technology while helping you stay present and grounded. The digital detox isn't always required, and will be at your therapists discretion. During this time, you'll also participate in initial clinical assessments and begin developing a treatment plan with your therapist and case manager. This plan will guide your growth and healing throughout your time with us.

Your Care Team

Your care team is made up of licensed therapists, case managers, support staff, and family services personnel—all working together to support your progress. You'll receive weekly individual therapy, engage in group sessions, and take part in skill-based and experiential activities designed to help you build independence and emotional resilience.

Introduced to your curriculum

In addition to therapy, you'll receive hands-on life skills training. This includes help with job preparation, budgeting, managing daily responsibilities, and developing healthy habits around technology. These skills are designed to help you succeed not just while in treatment, but long after you’ve graduated from the program.

Family Communication

We believe healing is a family journey, so families are kept in the loop with regular therapist updates, ongoing communication, and bi-weekly family therapy sessions. Monthly webinars offer additional tools to help parents and guardians better support their loved one’s progress.
